1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PaspasFood mobile application ("App") or visiting our website at paspasfood.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

PaspasFood is a local delivery platform that connects customers with local businesses (restaurants, shops, and other establishments) and delivery riders in Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte. We facilitate food ordering, item delivery, and related services.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring your contact information remains current and accurate

4. User Roles

PaspasFood supports three user roles, each with specific responsibilities:

  • Customers: May browse businesses, place orders, and request deliveries. Customers agree to pay all applicable fees and provide accurate delivery information.
  • Business Owners: May list their businesses, manage products and orders. Business Owners agree to maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and availability. Registration requires admin approval.
  • Delivery Riders: May accept and fulfill delivery requests. Riders agree to deliver orders promptly and safely. Registration requires admin approval and valid identification.

5. Orders and Payments

  • All prices displayed are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and may include applicable fees
  • Delivery fees, service fees, and surcharges (e.g., weather surcharge) may apply
  • Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the business
  • Payment is collected upon delivery (Cash on Delivery) or via other payment methods as made available
  • Coupons and promotions are subject to their specific terms and expiration dates

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before the business begins preparation. Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for assistance with order issues.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users, business owners, or riders
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary. Banned users will be notified of the reason for their account action.

9. Limitation of Liability

PaspasFood acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers, businesses, and riders. We are not responsible for the quality of food or products provided by businesses, the conduct of riders, or any disputes between users. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Philippine law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with PaspasFood are owned by PaspasFood. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.
