PaspasPoints
Where PaspasPoints are in use, a rider buys points from the PaspasFood office. Accepting a job holds one point and completing it uses the point; a job given back for a reason on the list releases the hold. That point is the whole of what the platform charges — nothing is deducted from the job itself.
Under this model the rider pays the store at pickup and collects the full amount from the customer at the door, delivery fee included. PaspasFood never holds the order money.
Points never expire. A point comes back if the job is cancelled by the customer, the store, or PaspasFood. See the Terms & Conditions for the full rules.

Send Someone to Buy It for You
Three steps to have someone run the errand for you.
Pick the Shop
Name the shop to buy from and where it should go. It does not have to be a PaspasFood partner — any shop in town works.
List What You Need
Write your shopping list and say roughly what it should cost. That tells your rider how much cash to bring — and if the shop charges more, they cover it and you are notified before they arrive.
Pay on Arrival
A rider claims it, buys the items with their own money and brings them over. You pay for the goods plus the delivery fee at the door.
