What is PaspasFood?
PaspasFood is a local delivery super-app built for Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte. It allows customers to order food from local restaurants, send items across town, and connects store owners and riders in a single platform.
Where is PaspasFood available?
PaspasFood will initially launch in Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte. We plan to expand to neighboring municipalities and eventually across the Zamboanga Peninsula region.
When will PaspasFood launch?
We are currently in the development phase. Our next steps include conducting community surveys and beta testing with local stores, riders, and customers in Sindangan. The official launch is targeted for Q4 2026.
Is PaspasFood free to download?
Yes! PaspasFood will be free to download on both the App Store and Google Play Store. Customers only pay for the items they order and applicable delivery fees.
For Customers
What payment methods are accepted?
At launch, we will support Cash on Delivery (COD). In our next phase, we will integrate digital payment options including GCash, Credit/Debit cards, and other ePayment methods.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Yes! Once your order is on the way, you can track your rider's location on a live map with estimated arrival time and distance. You'll also receive push notifications at each stage of your order.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can cancel an order before the store starts preparing it. You'll be asked to select a reason for cancellation. Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be available.
What is the item delivery service?
Besides food, PaspasFood lets you send items across town — documents, electronics, clothing, medicine, and more. You specify the item type, pickup and drop-off locations, and a rider will handle the delivery.
For Store Owners
How do I register my store?
Download the app, sign up as a store owner, and submit your business details including a business permit and government ID. Our admin team will review and approve your application.
Is there a fee to join as a store partner?
There is no upfront cost to join PaspasFood as a store partner. We operate on a commission model — we only earn when you earn through successful orders.
How will I receive orders?
You'll receive instant push notifications with a sound alert whenever a new order comes in. The order will appear in your store dashboard where you can accept, prepare, and manage it.
For Riders
How do I become a PaspasFood rider?
Download the app, register as a rider, and upload your driver's license and a selfie for verification. Once approved by our admin team, you can start accepting delivery jobs.
What vehicles can I use?
PaspasFood supports bicycles, motorcycles, and cars. You can use any of these vehicles to complete deliveries. Fees are adjusted based on vehicle type for item deliveries.
How many jobs can I take at once?
To ensure quality deliveries, riders can have up to 2 active jobs at a time. You can view full order details before accepting any job to make informed decisions.
