Yes! PaspasFood will be free to download on both the App Store and Google Play Store. Customers only pay for the items they order and applicable delivery fees.

At launch, we will support Cash on Delivery (COD). In our next phase, we will integrate digital payment options including GCash, Credit/Debit cards, and other ePayment methods.

Yes! Once your order is on the way, you can track your rider's location on a live map with estimated arrival time and distance. You'll also receive push notifications at each stage of your order.

Yes, you can cancel an order before the store starts preparing it. You'll be asked to select a reason for cancellation. Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be available.

Besides food, PaspasFood lets you send items across town — documents, electronics, clothing, medicine, and more. You specify the item type, pickup and drop-off locations, and a rider will handle the delivery.

You can type your address with autocomplete suggestions, use your current GPS location, or tap "Pin on Map" to drop a pin on an interactive map for precise location selection.

No! Once you sign in, PaspasFood keeps you logged in. You'll stay signed in until you manually choose to sign out from your Profile.

GCash integration is built into the app and is currently being finalized for production. Cash on Delivery is fully available now. GCash and card payments will be enabled soon.

Open the app, go to Profile → Help Center. You can browse FAQ articles or create a support ticket. Our support team will respond via live chat.

Download the app, sign up as a store owner, and submit your business details including a business permit and government ID. Our admin team will review and approve your application.

There is no upfront cost to join PaspasFood as a store partner. We operate on a commission model — we only earn when you earn through successful orders.

You'll receive instant push notifications with a sound alert whenever a new order comes in. The order will appear in your store dashboard where you can accept, prepare, and manage it.

Yes! The store reports show daily, monthly, yearly, and custom date range analytics — including total revenue, delivery fees (with weather surcharges), service fees, app commission, net earnings, items sold rankings, and order trends with charts.

Yes! Go to Reports in your store dashboard. You'll see daily, weekly, and monthly reports with revenue trends, top-selling products, order status breakdown, and payment method analytics. You can also export reports.

Go to Wallet → Request Withdrawal. You can withdraw to your GCash account or bank. Earnings from completed orders are settled after delivery confirmation.

Download the app, register as a rider, and upload your driver's license and a selfie for verification. Once approved by our admin team, you can start accepting delivery jobs.

PaspasFood supports bicycles, motorcycles, and cars. You can use any of these vehicles to complete deliveries. Fees are adjusted based on vehicle type for item deliveries.

To ensure quality deliveries, riders can have up to 2 active jobs at a time. You can view full order details before accepting any job to make informed decisions.

Yes! PaspasFood shows your net earnings upfront — including delivery fee, weather surcharge (if applicable), app commission, and VAT deductions — so you know exactly what you'll earn before accepting any job.

During bad weather conditions, a weather surcharge may be added to deliveries. This extra amount goes directly to riders as additional compensation for delivering in challenging conditions.

You'll receive an instant push notification with an alarm sound when an order is ready for pickup. This works even if the app is in the background.

Yes! Each job shows your net earnings upfront — including delivery fee, app commission, VAT, and tips. Your Wallet screen shows pending, settled, and withdrawn amounts.
